1. The Breast and Cervical Control Program (BCCCP) is a joint federal/state program administered by the Texas Department of Health. 2. These programs provide funding for breast cancer screening programs administered by various organizations throughout San Antonio and South Texas. 3. WINGS provides diagnostic mammography for patients who are not eligible for the BCCCP Program. 4. These services are only provided if the patient is a member of CareLink. CareLink is an income-based assistance program available only to residents of Bexar County. There is an annual out-of-pocket maximum which must be satisfied before CareLink benefits are activated. 5. Wigs and prostheses are provided to patients by the American Cancer Society when available. 6. To be eligible for these services, patient must be a US citizen, Texas resident and diagnosed through the BCCCP program.
