Since it's conception in 1999, there is no other comparable program in the United States. WINGS meets the needs of its patients through the provision of diagnostic testing, surgery, chemotherapy expenses, as well as services not traditionally offered -- but sorely needed -- such as outpatient medication and psychosocial counseling.
